The FOS can help with most complaints if you are:
                                a)  a consumer

                                b)  a business employing fewer than 10 persons that has an annual turnover or balance sheet that
                                   does not exceed €2,000,000

                                c)  a charity with an annual turnover of less than £1,000,000
                                d)  a trustee of a trust with a net asset value of less than £1,000,000.
                                If you are unsure whether the FOS will look at your complaint please contact them directly for
                                further information.
                                You are entitled to contact the FOS at any stage of your complaint.
