Good afternoon Mark,
Just received some disturbing news about am incident that took place today. I was made
aware that Simon Cordell attempted to strangle the tenant of 113 Burncroft Avenue. She
managed to escape his grip but extremely shaken by the whole episode. She is petrified at
the moment and refuses to leave her flat.
Would it be possible to contact / visit her today ASAP please?
