Dear Katie
My Son has chosen to do a letter, but it will take some days to go over all the points so hopefully I will have
the letter sent over to you early next week.

Dear Katie
➢ Thank you for the reply email and the report.
➢ I now understand the Misconduct Meeting will be held on Wednesday 6th April at 2pm and that we can
attend this meeting if we wish to.
➢ When speaking to chief Inspector Tony Hirst on a phone call the other day, he did also say we could write
a letter in that the person who will be chairing the Misconduct Meeting could read if we did not wish to
attend the meeting, if we wished to take up this option and write a letter could this be emailed over to you
so it could be added to the file to be read by the person who will be chairing the meeting?
