         Dear Sir or Madam
➢ I have emailed your court on a number of occasions regarding my conviction and sentence for no
           insurance.
➢ I am making this request to have my case listed in order that I can do the following: -
           1. Application to set aside the conviction
           2. Re-open the case
Application to set aside the conviction: -
➢ On 22nd July 2012 I was stopped and given a producer by the police as they did not believe that I held a
           valid policy of insurance.
➢ I attended the police station and I was advised that my case would be going to court and I would be
           summonsed in due course.
