➢ I have still not had a reply from KGM about the data protection or an email from them to say he is in fact
still insured.
➢ And on the Mid database the van is still showing as not insured, due to this Simon is not driving the van
as he does not want to get pulled again by the police which I don’t think is right as he has in fact paid his
insurance to be able to drive it if he needs to can this please be sorted out as he really does not want any
more problems with getting pulled over due to it not showing up as insured.
➢ I also have called DVLA again about the logbook and have been told that they should be with us soon.

Hello Martin,
➢ Thank you for the phone call today to tell me I was still insured.
➢ Could you please pass on the attached documents to Kelly Tiller at KGM one is a Subject access request
under the Data Protection Act 1998. The other letter is just to get Kelly Tiller to confirm by email I am in
fact still insured so I have this in writing and also to found out why my van is still not showing up on the
database.
➢ And also, about the logbooks which I am still waiting for them from DVLA I called DVLA today when I
got back from the compound and was told it can take 8 weeks for me to get the new logbooks, I will
therefore send then right over to you by email as soon as I get them.
