➢ Please see the list of emails that I sent to the insurance company that put the claim in for the 15/09/2014
the ref for this claim for accident exchange was ref: A27/190530 AX REF 403050(11) they were sent
from Simon email address.
➢ Also please see the attached document that was sent over to KGM so the claim could be taken off of
Simon insurance from Chris Garvin from accident exchange.
➢ I was the one that had to deal with this to sort this out as you will see as KGM was not doing anything to
sort this claim out which was against Simon name.
➢ This was cleared from Simon insurance in May 2014 so I cannot understand why it is still on Simon
insurance.
➢ I have sent this over before to you when it was sorted but it seems to still be on there and KGM did say to
me that they would send you the details so it could be taken off.
➢ Can this please be addressed, and this taken off Simon insurance so that his insurance is not so high and
his no claims can come back into force.
