      Hi Lorraine,
➢ The Policy is due to be cancelled today at 17.00 hrs.
➢ The insurance company have advised the following
➢ They are awaiting Counterpart license with issue number 21
➢ The proof of trade is unacceptable, as it needs to be in Simon’s name,
➢ I can adjust the policy show the trading name, but it means that Simon will have to trade under that name.
➢ Obviously, the license is an issue as the Photo card is issue 21 and the counterpart copy,
➢ we have had issue 19a (this means that two licenses have been issued since the copy we have received)
➢ I have been trying to ring you so we can get this rectified but have just been told you are not answering you
         phone as you are ill.
➢ If the counterpart is not received by 17.00 hrs then the policy will be cancelled by the insurers, and we have no
         control over this.
      Regards
      Craig Adams Broadsure Direct
