Subject: RE: Simon Cordell
To Whom It May Concern:
➢ I am writing this email due to a letter from the court that my son Simon Cordell DOB 26/01/2014 had a
case on the 06/11/2014 in Bromley Magistrates Court
➢ It says on the letter it was for a case of no insurance the case number is 011402647845.
➢ The problem is we did not know he was due to come to court on this date we have had no summons and
my son is insured he always has insurance and would not drive without it.
➢ There has been a number of issues with his insurance, and this is due to it not showing up on the MID
database.
➢ There has been a number of Seizers to his vehicles for no insurance when he was in fact insured.
➢ Could you please send me details of what date this offence of no insurance happened?
➢ This way I can send the correct insurance policy by email. and can work forward to clearing this matter
up.
1190,
Regards Lorraine Cordell
