➢ I am writing this email due to a case that took place on the 26/11/2014
➢ where I was found guilty of no insurance,
➢ case ref: 011401009802.
➢ This case was appealed on the date I was found guilty and is due to be heard on the 05/03/2015 at
Kingston Upon Thames Crown Court.
➢ I am requesting a copy of the transcript for the trail hearing from Wimbledon Magistrates' Court to aid
my appeal at the crown court.
➢ If there is a fee for this could you, please reply and let me know the cost.
➢ I am sorry for the delay in asking for this but would need it before the case of my appeal on the
05/03/2015.

➢ I am writing this email due many problems I have been having been having with my driving licence.
➢ I have made many phone calls asking for full information to try and clear this mess up and I am not really
getting any joy.
➢ My driving licence has been revoked 3 times due to mistakes at court no insurance.
➢ The issue is with no insurance the time scale of this would cover the years 2013 to date.
➢ I do need this information as soon as possible to any cases that are on my licence, and also that have been
removed from my licence by the court within this time scale.
➢ I am addressing these issues but there are cases I am not aware of which DVLA does hold.
