        ➢  I have checked our system and have seen that the matter was re listed on the 22/07/2013 and on that date
           the conviction and sentence that was imposed on the 14/11/2012 has been set aside and the endorsement
           on your driving licence will be removed, also any financial penalty imposed will be removed and no
           money will be owed my you.
