           but in all cases, people should be informed of the date of hearing, not sure this was not done in this case,

         Thank you for your email of today in relation to your case being re-opened. I have checked our system and
         have seen that the matter was re listed on the 22.07.13 and on that date the conviction and sentence that was
         imposed on the 14.11.12 has been set aside and the endorsement on your driving licence will be removed,
         also any financial penalty imposed will be removed and no money will be owed my you.
