➢ The reason why until Jan 2014 that Mr Simon Cordell’s insurance did not show up on the MID database.
➢ Confirmation Simon Cordell did have insurance to drive on the 14/11/2014 and did not void his insurance
in any way.
➢ Why Kelly Tiller did not deal with all the data protection requests that had been submitted to KGM, under
the data protection act 1998 subject access request, as if this had been done Simon Cordell would not be in
the court system for this case.
