put to him that he’d made notes and now it seems that we’re not talking
about notes, we’re talking about a statement or a proforma.
MR KENNEDY: Were — were your notes actually in a statement format?

THE RECORDER: Well, let’s carry on. And I’d like to see, after the short adjournment, all the
documents that this officer has been referring to. I’ll hand this back now.
And I want to see the originals that this officer is relying upon.
